7-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy only in the following cases:
• The product received is damaged
• The wrong item was delivered
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photo/video).
CONDITION FOR RETURNS
• Product must be unused
• Must be in original packaging
• Must include all accessories (if any)
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of perfumes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Fragrance preference issues
• Used or opened products
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is approved, we will:
• Offer a replacement OR
• Process a refund (depending on case)
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Please ensure your availability to receive the order. Repeated order refusals may result in restrictions on future orders.
